# Lumenvale Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

This policy explains what information the Lumenvale app (package name com.replyashu.lumenvale) handles. The app is made by Ashutosh.

## What we collect
We do not collect, store or share any personal information. The app has no account sign-up, no advertising and no analytics.

## What stays on your device
Your character name, appearance and game progress (coins, gems, homes, vehicles and items) are saved only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them. We cannot see or recover this data.

## In-app purchases
Gem packs are sold through Google Play. Google handles the payment, and we never receive your card or payment details. The app receives a purchase confirmation from Google Play on your device, which it uses only to add the gems you bought. Google's privacy policy applies to the payment: https://policies.google.com/privacy

## Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

## Changes
If a future version adds online play or collects any information, we will update this policy and the date above before that version is released.
